A month after the launch of the Pixel 8 series smartphones in India, the US-based tech giant Google quietly introduced a new variant of the Pixel 8 Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in the country. The new 256GB variant of the Pixel 8 Pro is already listed on the e-commerce platform Flipkart.”

Google Pixel 8 Pro 256GB variant price in India is Rs 1,13,999. This model is only available in a single Obsidian colour. Interested buyers can also get a discount of Rs. 9,000 if they purchase through SBI Bank Credit Card. Customers can also get an exchange bonus of up to Rs. 4,000 on this phone.
Last month, the Google Pixel 8 was launched at Rs 75,999 in India and Google Pixel 8 Pro was announced at a higher price of Rs 1,06,999. The company will also start manufacturing the Pixel 8 in India in 2024.

The Google Pixel 8 Pro has a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate with to 2,400 nits peak brightness. The Pixel 8 Pro is powered by Google’s custom-made Tensor G3 chipset with Titan M2 security coprocessor. The device runs latest Android 14 out of the box. Coming to the battery, the Pixel 8 Pro by a 5,050mAh battery with 30W fast charging.
Google Pixel 8 Pro is coming with Bluetooth version 5.3, Face ID, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and an IP68 rating. Also, the Pixel 8 Pro is bigger in size, with dimensions of 6.4 x 3.01 x 0.34 inches and a weight of 213 grams. Pixel 8 Pro also comes with Seven years of OS, security and Feature Drop updates.
In terms of camera specifications, the Google Pixel 8 Pro comes with triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP wide camera, 48MP ultrawide camera, and a 48MP telephoto lens with Super Rez Zoom up to 30X. For selfies and video calls, the device has a 10.5MP front camera.
